Job Overview: As a Strategic Project Lead, you will drive high-stakes engineering initiatives that benchmark and evaluate frontier AI developer models. You will oversee delivery cadence, unblock technical bottlenecks, and interface between research teams and domain experts. Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of complex software evaluation sprints across distributed engineering squads. Ensure code quality and test suite coverage for all evaluation benchmarks and code repair tasks. Establish QA metrics, monitor error rates, and institute corrective action loops. Lead standups, manage delivery risks, and present operational updates to client leadership. Requirements: 6+ years of combined experience in software engineering and technical project/program leadership. Solid technical background with ability to review code and understand low-level architecture. Demonstrated success managing remote, globally distributed technical teams. Excellent English communication and structured problem-solving skills.
