HR & People Operations Expert

Role Overview: We are looking for experienced HR & People Operations Experts to join our domain intelligence initiative. You will leverage your deep HR expertise to build structured knowledge, craft real-world evaluation scenarios, and help train enterprise-grade HR intelligence models. Core Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive HR scenario workflows spanning onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and separation. Draft clear, legally aligned company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance playbooks across global jurisdictions. Evaluate AI-generated responses for regulatory accuracy, empathy, organizational tone, and practical viability. Structure benchmarking datasets for compensation planning, talent grading, and succession planning. Provide nuanced feedback on complex HR dilemmas (e.g., workplace investigations, severance negotiations, PIP implementation). Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on People Operations, HR Business Partner (HRBP), or Talent Management experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws, federal/state employment regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency with modern HR tech stacks (Rippling, Gusto, Workday, BambooHR, Lattice). SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a strong plus. Superior written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
