Business Operations Expert

Role Overview: As a Business Operations Expert, you will apply your skills in operational frameworks, workflow design, and organizational efficiency to evaluate and enhance strategic AI capabilities. What You Will Do: Design realistic business problem scenarios, operational trade-offs, and supply/demand bottlenecks for AI testing. Synthesize complex operating data into structured SOPs, decision matrices, and executive dashboards. Audit AI recommendations regarding cost-reduction strategies, capacity planning, and risk mitigation. Review and validate operational KPIs, OKR frameworks, and business process automation flows. Document best practices for scaling operational throughput in tech, logistics, and services industries. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in BizOps, Management Consulting, Program Management, or Strategy & Operations. Strong analytical mindset with mastery of spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) and process mapping (Lucidchart/Miro). Experience working in high-growth startups or enterprise business units. Ability to articulate complex trade-offs with structured, concise written English.
